Navolutions is an online marketing agency for home service companies. We build websites, run SEO and Google Ads, set up the CRM that catches every lead, and report on the numbers an owner can act on: calls, lead forms and the cost to acquire a customer. We have done this work for home service companies since 2015.
What we do
Most of our work starts with a site that ranks for the services and cities a company actually sells. From there we add a Google Business Profile that is set up correctly, Google Ads and Local Services Ads where they pay, and a CRM that texts back missed calls, follows up on estimates and asks for reviews after the job. The pieces are built to work together, so a lead from any channel ends up in one place with its source attached.
We work with roofing, HVAC, plumbing, moving and storage, pest control, pressure washing and veterinary companies, along with other service businesses. Our contractor SEO page explains the system we use across all of them.
How we work
Every engagement starts with an audit. We look at your site, your Google Business Profile, your ads and how calls are handled, then send back what we found and what we would fix first. If we are not the right fit, the audit is still yours to use.
One team handles the website, SEO, ads and CRM setup, so nothing gets lost between vendors. Monthly reports are built from your own call and lead data, and we review them with you instead of sending a stack of charts. The goal is a number you can plan around: what it costs to win a customer, by channel.
Who runs Navolutions
Navolutions is led by Mike Eckelkamp and Justin Townsend. Mike has run websites, SEO and Google Ads for home service companies since 2015, and before that he worked as a photojournalist, which is why we push for real job photos over stock images. Justin heads up the CRM and automation work, including the GoHighLevel builds that handle lead follow-up for our clients. Both of them also own and run a home service company of their own, so the advice we give is tested on our own phone line first.
