Navolutions Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Navolutions (“Navolutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit navolutions.com (the “Site”), contact us, or use our services. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

If you have any questions, contact us at info@navolutions.com.

Who we are

Navolutions is a web design and online marketing agency. We operate as a distributed team in California and Montana.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or quote form, start a chat, send a text message, email us, or call us, we collect the information you provide. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, and the contents of your message or request.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies. This can include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, the links you click, and the dates and times of your visits.

Call and lead-source information. We use a call tracking and attribution service to understand which of our marketing efforts lead to phone calls and form submissions. This service may assign a tracking phone number that displays on the Site and record details about your call, including the number you dialed, your phone number, and the marketing source that referred you. See “A note on calls, texts, and chats” below.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from analytics providers, advertising platforms, and the tools we use to deliver our services.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use a limited set of cookies and tracking technologies. When you first visit the Site, a consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential categories. You can change your choice at any time through the banner controls.

The categories we use are:

Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to function and to keep it secure. This includes session cookies and Google reCAPTCHA, which helps protect our forms from spam and abuse. These cannot be switched off.

Analytics and attribution. Helps us understand how visitors use the Site and which marketing sources drive leads. This category includes Gauges and WordPress.com (Jetpack) Stats for visitor analytics, and WhatConverts for call tracking and lead-source attribution. These load only after you accept this category.

Communication. Powers our live chat and contact tools, provided through GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). This lets you message us from the Site and lets us respond.

We do not use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel or any third-party advertising pixel on the Site, and we do not run cross-context behavioral advertising trackers on the Site.

How we honor your browser privacy signals

We recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for that browser, to the extent required by law.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services
  • Understand which marketing efforts are effective and measure performance
  • Communicate with you about your requests, our services, and updates you have asked to receive
  • Protect the Site, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain security
  • Comply with our legal obligations

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We share information only in these circumstances:

Service providers. We share information with the vendors that help us run our business and the Site, including our website host (Automattic / WordPress.com), our CRM and communication platform (GoHighLevel), our call tracking provider (WhatConverts), and our analytics providers (Gauges and WordPress.com Stats). These providers may process your information only to perform services for us.

Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

A note on calls, texts, and chats

California is a two-party consent state for recorded communications. If we record a phone call, we will tell you at the start of the call. Our call tracking service collects information about calls placed to the tracking numbers shown on the Site, such as caller number, call duration, and marketing source, so we can attribute leads to the right campaign.

When you use the live chat or text us, the contents of your messages are processed by our communication provider so we can read and respond to them. Please do not send sensitive personal information through chat or text.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), including:

  • The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
  • The right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • The right to delete personal information we have collected from you
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@navolutions.com with your request and enough detail for us to verify your identity. We will respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide a clear opt-out method. In the meantime, you can decline non-essential tracking through our consent banner, and we will honor Global Privacy Control signals as described above.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to provide our services, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites, including examples of our work and our clients’ sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page, and significant changes will be made clear on the Site.
